Born and raised in the sleepy island community of the Outer Banks, Daniel Barlow is a Chicago based photographer and director, specializing in advertising, fashion, and entertainment media. Barlow attended Appalachian State University, graduating from one of the top Commercial Photography programs in the US.

His work ranges from music videos and artist branding to corporate headshots and restaurant advertising. You can find his work featured in Newsweek, Essence, The Washington Post, O, The Oprah Magazine, and many other publications.
